　　 1. If the brushless motor is disconnected at the end, connect it and weld it firmly, wrap it with insulating material, cover with an insulating tube, bind it, and then dry it.

　　2. The broken cage of the cage rotor can be repaired by welding, cold connection or replacement.

　　3. If the breakpoint is in the slot, it is a small number of breakpoints. Use the group elimination method to find the breakpoint, and use it after the winding break is connected and the insulation is qualified.

　　4. The winding should be replaced with a new winding if the winding is severely burnt due to inter-turn, inter-phase short circuit and grounding.
